Hello today I came to your property for your aeration and seeding application like we had discussed the upper levels of the lawn or not accessible even with smaller equipment as we had agreed I did the lower section on the left-hand side by the driveway, and the curb strip as well. For this application to work, you must water the lawn recommend 10 to 15 minutes in those sections for the next 10 to 20 days for the germination process. We also recommend to not cut the line for the next 10 days to see best results. As we had agreed the new price for the sections that were treated today is $180. Thank you and have a great day.
